Endovision is exploring a new frontier in minimally invasive therapy: using a patient's own biologic material to support tissue repair from within the gastrointestinal tract.

From Treatment to Regeneration

Traditional treatment:

1

Remove

2

Repair

3

Manage

Regenerative approach:

1

Harness the Body's Own Biologics

2

Deliver Endoscopically

3

Support Tissue Repair

Current Pilot Study

Autologous PRP Therapy

Endovision is conducting a 15 - subject feasibility and safety pilot study evaluating endoscopic delivery of autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in patients with refractory gastrointestinal fistulas, strictures, and chronic ulcers that have failed conventional medical therapy.

01 - FEASIBILITY

Practical feasibility of endoscopic biologic delivery.

02 - SAFETY

Safety assessment in real-world gastrointestinal conditions.

03 - FOUNDATION

Creating a foundation for expanded investigation of autologous biologics in the GI tract

Why Endoscopy?

✓

Minimally Invasive

✓

Direct access to gastrointestinal tissue

✓

Potential for outpatient treatment

✓

Avoids the need for more invasive access in appropriate circumstances

Future Possibility

Broader applications

Endovision's existing materials identify chronic diseases such as diabetes and potentially cancer as areas of future possibility. These are future possibilities, not established applications.

The Regenerative Endoscopy Platform

The long-term idea is larger than one PRP study. It represents a potential platform for:
